Job Description

We are looking for a
Junior PHP Developer
with at least 1 year of experience who is passionate about modern web technologies and eager to grow in a professional environment. The successful candidate will work closely with our development team to build and maintain web applications using PHP, Laravel, and Livewire.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain web applications using PHP, Laravel, and Livewire
  • Work with MySQL and PostgreSQL databases
  • Collaborate with the team to implement client requirements
  • Write clean, maintainable, and scalable code
  • Participate in Agile/Scrum development processes
  • Debug and troubleshoot technical issues
  • Continuously learn new technologies and best practices

Requirements

  • Basic knowledge of PHP and Object-Oriented Programming (OOP)
  • Familiarity with Laravel framework is a plus
  • Experience working with MySQL or PostgreSQL
  • Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
  • Knowledge of Git and version control workflows
  • Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new technologies
  • Strong teamwork spirit and effective communication skills
  • Good English communication skills are required
    – you should be able to communicate effectively in English during meetings, through messages, and when reading or writing technical documentation.
  • Willingness to work overtime when necessary (OT possible)
  • Strong sense of ownership
    – you take responsibility for your work and strive to deliver high-quality results proactively
  • Experience working in
    product-based
    companies or strong
    product thinking mindset
    with focus on user value, scalability, and long-term product vision.

Nice-to-have Skills/Knowledge

  • Experience with Livewire
  • Knowledge of RESTful APIs
  • Understanding of Docker
  • Familiarity with testing (Unit Testing, Feature Testing)
  • Experience with CI/CD tools
