Communications Specialist

Responsibilities:

  • Develop communication plans across various media platforms (television, radio, online newspapers, and social media) for both client and corporate projects.
  • Coordinate, liaise, and maintain strong relationships with media outlets and journalists.
  • Prepare budgets, manage timelines, and oversee the implementation of media communication plans for clients.
  • Propose diverse PR angles, optimal release timing, and suitable media placements for client approval.
  • Present media relation strategies to clients and provide professional consultation. Execute advertising plans and handle media buying on press and television platforms.
  • Participate in managing and resolving communication crises.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, Economics, or Business Administration.
  • At least 2 years of experience in journalism, communications, or public relations.
  • Strong understanding of the Vietnamese media and PR landscape.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
  • Excellent writing skills in Vietnamese and fluency in English.
  • Basic photo editing skills are a plus.
