Internal Communication Specialist

Responsibilities

As our client's IC Specialist, you'll be the cultural glue and operations backbone for their growing team. You'll help create a workplace where people feel seen, supported, and connected.   • Plan meaningful team activities (e.g., lunches, mini rituals, check-ins) that promote connection and cohesion
  • Foster Culture: Help shape a mindful, no-drama, emotionally intelligent workplace where every voice matters
  • Support HR Ops: Administer employee benefits, leave, internal records, and maintain a smooth documentation process
  • Bridge Communication: Support introverts and encourage healthy cross-team collaboration

Who We Are Looking For

  • At least 6 months of experience in IC or a similar people-focused role, ideally covering internal operations
  • Strong English skills (spoken & written) for internal communications and working with international managers
  • Empathy, self-awareness, and emotional maturity—you listen well and respond wisely
  • Organizational skills and attention to detail—you keep things moving without dropping the ball
  • A proactive mindset: you notice what's missing before it becomes a problem
  • A passion for building culture, not just executing processes

What We Offer:

  • Competitive Salary: Up to 15M
  • Work Schedule: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM, Monday to Friday, plus three Saturdays per month (extra hours may apply during peak times).
  • Benefits: Health, Social & Unemployment Insurance, lunch allowance of 40,000 VND/weekday, 500,000 VND transport allowance, and more.
