About the Role :

We are looking for a
Customer Service Specialist
to join our dynamic and growing team in Vietnam.

In this role, you will be the key connection between our customers and the company, ensuring every customer has a smooth and satisfying experience with our products, especially in the
consumer electronics
category.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Handle customer inquiries via chat, email, or call in a professional and timely manner.
  • Provide accurate information about products, order status, and troubleshooting assistance.
  • Collect and analyze customer feedback to help improve product and service quality.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues efficiently.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the company's products, especially electronic and tech-related devices.

Requirements :

  • Minimum
    6 months – 1 year
    of experience in
    customer service
    , preferably in the
    consumer electronics industry
    .
  • Proficient in
    Chinese (Mandarin)
    for communication with internal teams and customers.
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and time management skills.
  • Detail-oriented, responsible, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiar with Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, Outlook).
