  • About the Marketing Executive:

The20 is seeking candidates for the Marketing Executive position to drive impactful marketing campaigns in the cryptocurrency and Web3 space. This role requires creativity, market insight, and strong coordination skills, offering opportunities to work on cutting-edge projects and collaborate with global teams and partners to shape the future of crypto.

1. Key Responsibility

  • Plan and execute marketing campaigns (online and community-based) for various project phases: pre-launch, TGE, and post-launch.
  • Create multi-channel communication content (X, Telegram, Medium, Discord, Website, TikTok).
  • Manage and optimize the performance of KOL campaigns, community seeding, referral programs, and contests.
  • Collaborate directly with Design, Business Development, and Partnership teams to ensure consistent messaging.
  • Track campaign performance: monitor KPIs, measure data, and prepare performance reports.
  • Propose new ideas based on market and community insights.

2. What you will bring

  • Mandatory Requirements:  

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in marketing, preferably in Web3, crypto, or tech startups.

  • Solid understanding of the crypto ecosystem (DeFi, NFT, Layer2, BTCFi, etc.).
  • Proficient in social marketing: content creation, viral campaigns, seeding, and community engagement.
  • Skilled in tracking metrics, compiling data, and reporting campaign performance.
  • Strong communication and coordination skills with cross-functional teams.
  • Have a personal computer to work on.

  • Preferred Requirements (Bonus):  

  • Direct experience in running KOL, Ambassador, Airdrop, or Community Growth campaigns.

  • Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, Notion, Airtable, or social listening platforms.
  • Creative mindset with a keen ability to adapt to Web3 market trends.
