Role Description
Reco Manpower is looking for a full-time Partnership Manager to join our team in the Hanoi Capital Region. This on-site role involves building and maintaining strategic partnerships, identifying new business opportunities, and managing client accounts. The Partnership Manager will develop and implement strategies to grow the IT staffing and recruitment business while fostering strong relationships with both clients and internal teams. The role requires ongoing market analysis, performance tracking, and effective communication to achieve business goals and deliver exceptional service.
1.Job Responsibilities
The Partnership Manager is responsible for expanding and managing strategic partnerships, including corporate clients, tech companies, and relevant industry networks.
Partnership Development
- Identify, approach, and build relationships with companies in need of IT staffing solutions (local & global).
- Develop strategic plans to expand the partnership network and drive long-term growth.
- Negotiate, finalize, and oversee partnership agreements.
Partner Management
- Maintain and nurture strong relationships with existing partners.
- Collaborate closely with recruitment and operation teams to ensure service quality.
- Analyze partners' hiring needs and provide tailored IT staffing solutions.
Market & Business Growth
- Conduct market research on trends, competitors, and the IT talent landscape.
- Propose co-marketing activities, industry events, and collaboration initiatives.
- Strengthen company branding within the tech and business communities.
Reporting & Collaboration
- Track KPIs and report partnership performance and business outcomes.
- Work with internal teams to improve processes and client satisfaction.
2.Requirements
Professional Experience
- No prior experience is required. Experience in Partnership, Business Development, or Account Management (preferably in IT recruitment, HR services, outsourcing, or B2B) is considered a strong advantage.
- Knowledge of the technology and IT staffing market is a strong advantage.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
Skills
- Excellent English communication (required for working with international partners) ~ Ielts 7.0
- Sharp, proactive, and fast-thinking mindset.
- Solid problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate across teams.
