RV Group specializes in high-quality imported pharmaceutical products as well

as domestically manufactured products meeting EU-GMP standards. Operating under

a unified Arms Length (AL) commercial model, our partners are primarily domestic

pharmaceutical enterprises and distributors. With the expansion of our product

portfolio and the integration of both Imported AL and OPV AL operations, we are

seeking a dynamic Commercial Partnership Manager to join our team.

Job Summary:

The Commercial Partnership Manager will be responsible for developing,

strengthening, and managing strategic commercial partnerships across all product

lines. This role requires strong relationship-building skills, commercial

acumen, and a deep understanding of partnership-driven growth within the

pharmaceutical industry.

Key Responsibilities:


• Develop and maintain strong partnerships with AL customers, including domestic

pharmaceutical enterprises/distributors and key hospitals.


• Drive commercial growth for RV Group's imported and RV–OPV EU-GMP certified

products across unified AL operations.


• Prepare and execute partnership plans, including forecasting, market analysis,

and joint commercial initiatives.


• Collaborate with internal teams (Marketing, Supply Chain, Regulatory Affairs,

and Finance) to ensure timely product availability and partner satisfaction.


• Provide insights on market trends, competitor activities, and partner feedback

to support strategic decisions.


• Report regularly to the Hanoi Branch Head on partnership performance,

opportunities, and pipeline development.

Qualifications & Requirements:


• Bachelor's degree in pharmacy or related field.


• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales, partnerships, or key

account management, preferably with experience in both imported and domestic

EU-GMP products.


• Strong understanding of the domestic pharmaceutical market and AL commercial

framework.


• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.


• Proven ability to manage and grow strategic partnerships.


• Proficiency in English is an advantage.
