We are looking for a passionate and proactive Junior Technical Talent Acquisition to join our Talent

Acquisition team. You will support end-to-end recruitment for technology roles, helping us attract,

engage, and hire top IT professionals who will shape our digital future. This is a great opportunity for someone who is eager to build a career in tech recruitment and learn from experienced recruiters in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities


• Support the full recruitment process for IT and digital positions (sourcing, screening, interview

coordination, and offer management)


• Work closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements and team needs


• Source candidates through various platforms (LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, communities, etc.)


• Conduct initial candidate screenings to assess technical and cultural fit


• Manage candidate pipelines and maintain accurate data in the ATS system


• Assist in employer branding and recruitment marketing activities


• Coordinate interview schedules and provide an excellent candidate experience


• Support reporting and recruitment analytics as required

Qualifications


• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, IT, or related fields


• 2+ years of experience in recruitment (experience with IT or technical roles is a plus)


• Strong communication and interpersonal skills


• Eagerness to learn about technology roles and the IT industry


• Good organizational and time management skills


• Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter or applicant tracking systems (a plus)


• A positive, team-oriented, and detail-focused mindset
