  • Phát triển công thức mới: Nghiên cứu và phát triển các công thức mỹ phẩm mới (chăm sóc da, tóc, trang điểm) đảm bảo đáp ứng tiêu chuẩn của công ty và nhu cầu khách hàng.
  • Điều chỉnh công thức gốc từ Nhật Bản để phù hợp với điều kiện địa phương.
  • Nghiên cứu chuyên sâu về nguyên liệu, thành phần và công nghệ mới; luôn cập nhật xu hướng ngành, quy định và sản phẩm cạnh tranh.
  • Kiểm nghiệm & đánh giá: Đánh giá nguyên liệu mới từ nhà cung cấp, tạo dữ liệu thử nghiệm hỗ trợ hoạt động kinh doanh.
  • Hợp tác: Làm việc chặt chẽ với đội R& tại Nhật Bản và đội kinh doanh trong nước để đảm bảo công thức phù hợp nhu cầu khách hàng và quy định phân phối.
  • Quản lý phòng thí nghiệm.
  • Phối hợp với nhân viên bán thời gian để gửi mẫu thử cho khách hàng.
  • Cung cấp tư vấn kỹ thuật và hỗ trợ khách hàng, bao gồm tham dự các buổi gặp gỡ hoặc đi cùng đội kinh doanh.
  • Đào tạo kỹ thuật cho nhân viên mới.

Yêu cầu bằng cấp (tối thiểu): Đại Học

Yêu cầu công việc:

  • Tốt nghiệp đại học trở lên các ngành liên quan như Hóa học, Hóa mỹ phẩm, Dược, Công nghệ sinh học hoặc các ngành khoa học liên quan khác.
  • Tiếng Anh trình độ trung cấp: có khả năng đọc hiểu báo cáo khoa học, tài liệu nghiên cứu và viết báo cáo bằng tiếng Anh.
  • Từ 4–7 năm kinh nghiệm trong lĩnh vực R& mỹ phẩm (chăm sóc da, chống nắng, chăm sóc tóc) tại các công ty phân phối nguyên liệu mỹ phẩm.
  • Có kinh nghiệm phát triển công thức từ giai đoạn ý tưởng đến khi hoàn thiện sản phẩm.
  • Hiểu biết sâu về thành phần mỹ phẩm và xu hướng thị trường.
