Mô tả công việc:

(Mức lương: 3 - 4 triệu VNĐ)

:

Đóng vai trò như một kho dữ liệu của trung tâm, chịu trách nhiệm nghiên cứu – sáng tạo – đề xuất cải tiến trong giáo trình, công nghệ giáo dục, mô hình học tập và xu hướng thị trường, nhằm tạo lợi thế cạnh tranh dài hạn cho Kid Leader Hub.

Nhiệm vụ chính:

1) R&D Giáo trình & Sản phẩm đào tạo

  • Nghiên cứu, so sánh và đề xuất cải tiến giáo trình tiếng Anh, Robotics, STEM, và chương trình liên môn.
  • Tham gia thiết kế CLB, workshop, project-based learning.
  • Nghiên cứu các bộ tiêu chí đánh giá chất lượng học tập (learning outcome).

2) R&D Công nghệ giáo dục

  • Khảo sát và đề xuất các công cụ AI, gamification, app học tập, LMS…
  • Phân tích mô hình blended learning (offline + online).
  • Nghiên cứu các công cụ hỗ trợ quản lý lớp học, đo lường hiệu quả giảng dạy.

3) R&D Thị trường & Xu hướng

  • Thu thập insight phụ huynh & học sinh, thực hiện khảo sát định kỳ.
  • Phân tích đối thủ, khoảng trống thị trường và đề xuất chiến lược cạnh tranh.
  • Cập nhật xu hướng giáo dục quốc tế và khả năng ứng dụng tại Việt Nam.

Hình thức làm việc: Toàn thời gian

  • Mức hỗ trợ thực tập: 3 đến 4 triệu đồng/tháng
  • Thời gian thực tập: 3 tháng

Yêu cầu bằng cấp (tối thiểu): Trung cấp - Nghề

Yêu cầu công việc:

  • Tốt nghiệp hoặc đang theo học ngành Marketing, Giáo dục, Ngôn ngữ, Quản lý giáo dục, Công nghệ giáo dục, hoặc các ngành liên quan.
  • Tư duy phân tích & hệ thống tốt
  • Kỹ năng viết báo cáo, thuyết trình, phân tích dữ liệu thị trường
  • Có thể giao tiếp tiếng anh
  • Yêu thích môi trường làm việc quốc tế, ngành giáo dục công nghệ
