Mô tả công việc

  • Đồng hành cùng Giám đốc Kinh doanh trong việc xây dựng chiến lược trung & dài hạn (12–18 tháng, 3–5 năm) cho từng brand, thị trường và kênh bán hàng.
  • Phân tích và dự báo dữ liệu kinh doanh: doanh thu, chi phí, lợi nhuận, hiệu suất quảng cáo, xu hướng ngành hàng & đối thủ.
  • Kết nối và phối hợp liên phòng ban (Marketing, Product, Supply Chain, BI) để triển khai chiến lược đồng bộ, đảm bảo kết quả thực thi.
  • Chuẩn bị báo cáo & tư vấn chiến lược cho Ban Giám đốc trong các kỳ họp quan trọng (Quarterly/Annual Planning).
  • Thiết lập hệ thống KPI, dashboard quản trị (Power BI/Excel) và cảnh báo sớm rủi ro về chi phí, tồn kho, biên lợi nhuận.

Yêu cầu công việc

  • Tối thiểu 3 năm kinh nghiệm trong lĩnh vực
    Business/Strategic Planning, Category Strategy hoặc Growth Strategy, ưu tiên từ E-commerce, FMCG hoặc Tech startup
  • Am hiểu P&L, forecasting và mô hình hóa dữ liệu kinh doanh.
  • Tư duy chiến lược, logic và khả năng phân tích sâu sắc.
  • Kỹ năng giao tiếp, trình bày và làm việc với C-level.
  • Thành thạo Excel, biết Power BI là lợi thế.
  • Thái độ chủ động, cầu tiến, trách nhiệm cao, định hướng phát triển lâu dài cùng Teecom.
