Role & Responsibilities
:

  • Lead and oversee end-to-end project development activities, ensuring alignment with business objectives from initiation to completion.
  • Provide strategic direction on investment opportunities and growth initiatives, supporting informed decision-making at corporate level.
  • Ensure all projects adhere to regulatory standards and internal governance requirements.
  • Manage overall planning, execution, stakeholder coordination, and performance monitoring to secure successful project delivery.
  • Represent the company in dealings with strategic partners and relevant external entities.
  • Drive cross-functional collaboration to support operational effectiveness and sustainable development.
  • Build and lead a high-performing team, promote risk management, and report to senior leadership.

Requirements:

  • At least 10 years of experience in project development or related fields, including senior leadership exposure.
  • Proven success in managing large-scale initiatives from strategic approval to completion.
  • Strong understanding of relevant regulatory frameworks, financial analysis, and partnership structuring.
  • Established networks with key stakeholders and ability to influence senior decision-makers.
  • Fluent in English with strong strategic thinking, leadership capability, and resilience in demanding environments.
