Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Deputy Chief Information Officer (Deputy CIO) at SeABank's headquarters in Hanoi. The Deputy CIO will oversee IT functions, formulate IT strategies aligned with business needs, and manage IT operations. Responsibilities include optimizing business processes through technology, ensuring reliable IT management, and developing solutions to support the bank's growth and innovation in the financial industry.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Information Technology, IT Operations, and IT Management
• Experience in formulating and implementing IT strategies aligned with business goals
• Proficiency in optimizing and managing Business Processes
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across departments
• Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field; advanced certifications are a plus
• Experience in the financial or banking sector is highly desirable
• Proven ability to drive technological innovation and ensure organizational effectiveness
