Za Cosmetics is currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Offline Cosmetics Key Account Executive (Management Trainee). As an Offline Key Account Executive, you will serve as a vital link between our brand and key retail partners, including major accounts such as Watsons and Guardian. This role is designed for those looking to grow within a dynamic and supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Support & Business Operations:
- Assist the team in achieving sales and collection targets through data analysis and reporting.
- Organize and evaluate sales reports to identify trends and growth opportunities.
- Maintain accurate customer records and contract documentation.
- Customer Relationship Support:
- Participate in client meetings, documenting discussions and ensuring timely follow-up.
- Address daily customer inquiries and order-related matters to build and maintain trust.
- Gain hands-on experience in managing relationships with leading retail accounts.
- Marketing Activities Coordination:
- Support the planning and execution of in-store promotional activities to enhance product visibility.
- Monitor campaign performance and gather feedback from store representatives.
- Oversee the distribution and management of promotional materials.
- Data Operations:
- Utilize internal systems to track inventory and anticipate replenishment needs.
- Analyze store-level sales data to uncover actionable insights.
- Assist in preparing comprehensive business reports to support strategic decision-making.
Ideal Candidate:
- 1–2 years of professional experience; a strong willingness to learn and grow is essential.
- Genuine interest in the beauty and personal care sector; familiarity with Watsons, Guardian, or similar retail channels is an advantage.
- Meticulous, organized, and capable of managing multiple priorities effectively.
- Positive attitude, excellent communication skills, and a collaborative team spirit.
- Proficient in MS Office; experience with data analysis is preferred.
- Fluent in English and Vietnam (proficiency in Chinese is a plus).
