Key Account Executive (MT channel/Personal grooming products)
in
Ho Chi Minh
with details as below:
Key Responsibilities
- Define yearly sales objectives and develop corresponding sales and marketing strategies.
- Produce sales performance reports for the MT channel.
- Conduct regular display audits and compile weekly/monthly display reports, requesting improvements from distributors when necessary.
- Build, strengthen, and sustain positive business relationships with customers.
- Oversee and negotiate annual trading terms with partners and distributors.
- Design promotional programs and work closely with the marketing team to develop trade marketing initiatives that drive sales and expand market presence.
- Gather, study, and evaluate competitor activities, market insights, and industry trends.
- Collaborate with and provide support to other departments on emerging tasks.
- Carry out additional duties as assigned by the General Director.
Key Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience overseeing and working in MT channel (CVS; supermarket chains) and partners.
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Intermediate or advanced use of English
