Job Description
- Develop, execute, and optimize marketing campaigns (awareness, acquisition, retention) tailored for Web3 audiences (crypto users, NFT collectors, DAOs, developers)
- Manage community growth & engagement on all social media channels
- Collaborate with the product/growth/engineering teams to launch new features, token drops, NFT mints, airdrops, or incentivized programs
- Work with KOLs / influencers/media in the crypto/blockchain space: outreach, managing partnerships, co-marketing
- Plan and run paid campaigns (on-chain / off-chain) — e.g., on-chain ads, Web3 ad networks, crypto ad channels, plus traditional channels (Facebook, Google, etc.) when relevant
- Conduct market research: competitive landscape in crypto/blockchain, identify trends, user behavior, sentiment
- Coordinate, support offline, on-the-ground events, meetups, hackathons, and workshops in Vietnam
- Write content marketing: writing, coordinating content (blogs, newsletters, social content) that resonates in crypto communities
- Ensure brand consistency, compliance (legal, regulatory, token marketing compliance)
- Represent the brand name of the company in many channels, events, and community calls.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
- 2+ years of experience in digital marketing (growth, performance marketing) — experience in Web3 / crypto/blockchain is strongly preferred
- Deep understanding of Web3 concepts: NFTs, DeFi, DAO, tokenomics, smart contracts, blockchain networks, wallet interoperability
- Proficiency in English & Vietnamese (written + spoken)
- Strong analytical skills; comfortable with metrics, dashboarding, A/B testing, and cohort analysis
- Experience working cross-functionally (product, dev, design, operations)
- Creative mindset, strong content sense, and ability to think of viral marketing ideas
- Self-driven, adaptable in a fast-moving startup environment
- Good communication, negotiation skills
