  • Analyze shopper insights, category trends and competitors landscape to develop and execute channel specific trade marketing plans
  • Translate brand and commercial strategies into channel-relevant activations toolkits
  • Support brand building initiatives to enhance brand presence and recognition in Modern off trade channel
  • Assist in planning promotion, activations, visibility programs and evaluate sell-out performance and activation ROI to optimize future campaigns
  • Collaborate and work closely with sales, marketing, and supporting function teams to ensure cohesive and effective collaboration
  • Stay updated on shopper trends and segment partner dynamics to ensure appropriate action plans/ decisions
  • Assist in managing the channel budget, ensuring cost-effective use of resources.

Qualifications And Education Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related fields
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in commercial function, experience in the FMCG industry is an advantage
  • Strong understanding of shopper marketing & Modern trade environment
