1. Role Purpose

The Senior Marketing Executive will lead the planning and execution of
marketing and growth strategies

for XNO and XNOQuant. The role focuses on
brand building, digital campaigns, and community growth

to attract and retain traders, researchers, and institutional partners.

2. Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute
    integrated marketing strategies

(digital, content, community, PR) for XNO and XNOQuant.
- Lead
user acquisition campaigns

across multi-channels: Facebook, TikTok, Twitter/X, LinkedIn, Telegram, Discord.
- Build and manage
trader and researcher communities

on Telegram/Discord, ensuring high engagement.
- Drive
content creation

: articles, PR releases, case studies, eBooks, infographics, short-form videos.
- Collaborate with Product and BD teams to launch new features and organize
events, webinars, hackathons

.
- Develop and manage relationships with
KOLs, influencers, and media partners

in fintech and crypto.
- Track, analyze, and optimize marketing KPIs: CAC, retention, campaign ROI, organic growth.

3. Requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience

in Marketing, ideally in fintech, blockchain, crypto, or SaaS.
- Strong knowledge of
digital marketing tools

: Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, SEO/SEM, Analytics.
- Proven experience in
community building

(Telegram, Discord, crypto/fintech communities).
- Excellent
content development skills

(English & Vietnamese).
- Strong understanding of
financial markets, trading, or blockchain

is a significant plus.
- Data-driven mindset with ability to analyze campaign performance and user behavior.
- Leadership mindset: able to mentor junior marketers and work cross-functionally.
- Growth-driven, adaptable, and passionate about working in a
fast-moving fintech/AI startup
