Marketing & Sales Lead

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing & Sales Lead to spearhead the go-to-market strategy, demand generation, and revenue growth for our innovative HealthTech IT product(s). This role is pivotal in bridging product innovation with market adoption, focusing specifically on
building a robust digital presence, creating authoritative content, and driving high-quality inbound leads
within the complex healthcare landscape. The ideal candidate has a proven track record in HealthTech B2B sales and a deep expertise in digital marketing, social media, and content strategy within a highly regulated environment.
RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Digital Marketing Strategy & Execution (Primary Focus)
- Inbound Demand Generation:
Design, implement, and manage comprehensive
inbound marketing campaigns
(Account-Based Marketing or ABM, lead nurturing, email automation) targeting specific personas within healthcare organizations (e.g., CIOs, CMIOs, Clinical Directors). - SEO/SEM & Website Optimization:
Lead the strategy for
Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
and paid search
(SEM)
to ensure top-of-funnel visibility for core healthcare IT pain points (e.g., interoperability, remote patient monitoring). Optimize the company website for conversions and compliance. - Social Media Management:
Define and execute a targeted social media strategy (primarily
LinkedIn
and industry-specific platforms) to establish
thought leadership
, drive traffic, and engage with key influencers and potential buyers. - Performance Marketing:
Manage and track all digital marketing performance using key metrics like MQLs, SQLs, CPA, and ROI, continuously optimizing spend for efficiency.
2. Content Strategy & Thought Leadership
- Content Pillars:
Define the core
content pillars
based on the HealthTech product's value proposition and industry trends, ensuring all content is highly technical, clinically relevant, and addresses pain points common in healthcare IT. - Creation & Curation:
Oversee the creation of high-value, long-form content, including
white papers, detailed case studies, technical specifications, and regulatory compliance guides
. - Webinars & Events:
Plan and promote webinars, virtual events, and speaking engagements that position company leaders as experts in HealthTech innovation and compliance. - Sales Enablement:
Collaborate with the sales team to develop and maintain an arsenal of up-to-date, compelling sales materials, including pitch decks and product data sheets.
3. Sales Strategy & Business Development
- Lead-to-Revenue Pipeline:
Optimize the funnel process from MQL (
Marketing Qualified Lead
) to SQL (
Sales Qualified Lead
) to Closed Won, ensuring seamless handoffs and data integrity within the CRM. - Revenue Generation:
Support the achievement of ambitious sales targets by providing high-quality, pre-qualified leads and marketing intelligence. - Market Analysis:
Conduct competitive analysis and market research to identify new product applications and untapped segments within the healthcare sector.
Required Qualifications
- Experience:
Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive experience in B2B marketing, with at least
3 years specifically focusing on digital marketing, content, and demand generation in HealthTech or Healthcare IT. - Digital Expertise:
Demonstrated high proficiency in managing and optimizing
SEO, SEM, marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo), CRM (e.g., Salesforce), and LinkedIn advertising. - Industry Knowledge:
- Proven understanding of key healthcare regulations (e.g., HIPAA, GDPR) and how to craft compliant, ethical marketing claims.
- Exceptional ability to translate complex IT product features into clear, benefit-driven value propositions for clinical and IT buyers.
- Skills:
Strong analytical skills for measuring campaign performance, superior written communication, and experience managing external content and agency resources. - English:
