Job Overview

We are seeking a Graphic Designer with a strong focus on brand building and visual storytelling to join our expanding team. As the creative force behind our visual identity, you will play a central role in defining how the world perceives the company. You'll collaborate across departments to create compelling visuals that reflect our mission, communicate our innovations, and bring consistency and clarity to our brand across all platforms. This is a unique opportunity to shape the visual language of a fast-growing health tech startup, crafting a brand that inspires trust, communicates impact, and stands out in a global market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and evolve the company's visual brand identity across all touchpoints, ensuring consistency in tone, color, typography, and design language
  • Create and maintain a cohesive visual system for all digital and print materials, including social media graphics, investor decks, product presentations, and marketing campaigns
  • Design high-impact brand assets such as logos, icons, infographics, and branded templates that support both internal and external communication
  • Collaborate with marketing, leadership, and product teams to build a brand that resonates with healthcare providers and investors
  • Translate complex ideas and data into clean, effective visual narratives and layouts
  • Lead the visual design of campaign assets across platforms (LinkedIn, email, web, print, events), enhancing brand visibility and audience engagement
  • Ensure design quality and alignment with brand guidelines across all projects
  • Work closely with product teams to create UI visuals and contribute to the look and feel of the company's digital platforms
  • Stay up to date on industry trends and emerging design technologies to continually evolve the brand identity

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience in graphic design, with a strong focus on branding and visual identity development
  • Proven portfolio demonstrating brand-building work across both digital and print mediums
  • Mastery of design tools such as
    Canva,
    Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop), Figma, etc.
  • Deep understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout
  • Strong visual storytelling skills and the ability to translate abstract concepts into clear, powerful visuals
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to deliver high-quality work under tight timelines
  • Comfortable collaborating across teams and working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Can communicate in English in daily work.

Preferred Skills

  • Familiarity with UI/UX design principles and responsive design
  • Motion graphics or video editing (After Effects, Premiere Pro)
  • Basic knowledge of web and CMS design (e.g., Webflow, WordPress)
  • Background or interest in
    healthcare, AI, or tech startups
