Build and expand a network of
partners, distributors, and strategic customers
in China.
Develop business plans, pricing strategies, and trade promotion programs tailored to each region.
Monitor and analyze
consumer trends, import regulations, competitors, and fragrance preferences
to propose suitable product strategies.
Collaborate with
Marketing, Supply Chain, R&D, and Trade Marketing
departments to execute sales plans, communication campaigns, and international trade events.
Manage, train, and support
the sales team in charge of the Chinese market to achieve sales targets and ensure sustainable growth.
Report directly to the International Business Director
, providing market insights and development strategies on a regular basis.
Represent the company at
trade fairs, exhibitions, and business promotion programs
in China and other relevant markets.
