Content Marketing Intern Part-time

SmartDev ) offers tailor-made mobile apps and websites with the most popular frontend and back-end technologies. We are currently work with about 300 developers and with 2 offices in Danang City and Hanoi Capital. As part of SmartDev's aggressive growth plan we are looking to expand our development team.

Da Nang office: 6th Floor, Thong Tan Xa Building, 81 Quang Trung, Hai Chau, Da Nang, Vietnam

1. Content Creation: Collaborate with the marketing team to produce high-quality content in various formats, including blog posts, case studies, social media activities and email newsletter campaigns. Your creativity and writing skills will be essential in delivering compelling content that engages our B2B audience.

2. Content Research: Contribute to the creation and maintenance of the monthly and quarterly content calendar and monthly IT Newsletter, ensuring a consistent flow of content that aligns with our marketing objectives and the needs of our clients.

3. Content Editing and Proofreading: Review and edit content for clarity, grammar, and consistency with brand voice.

4. SEO Optimization: Utilize best practices to optimize content for search engines, ensuring our content reaches a wider audience. You'll mostly work on keyword research, writing SEO blogposts and on-page SEO, using our keywords research tool to improve our content's visibility.

5. Email Marketing: Assist in creating and executing email marketing campaigns, including writing copy and tracking campaign success.

6. Social Media Activities: Assist in the development and execution of social media strategies. This may include scheduling posts and seeding on different groups to reach our intended audience effectively. Engage with the audience through comments, messages, and feedback on our social media platform, and report insights to the team.

7. Webinar: Assist with the planning, promotion, and execution of monthly webinars focused on IT topics, including coordinating content, logistics and engaging with participants.

8. Video Projects: Aid with video projects, including script preparation and coordinating with other team members during the recording of expert interviews or leadership thought series. Creating video case studies of clients using pre-designed templates.

9. Team Collaboration: Attend regular meetings and work closely with the designer and other team members to align content with the overall marketing strategy.

• Currently pursuing a degree in marketing, communications, or a related field (preferably in your second or third year of study).
• Required professional studying in FTU, DAV, VNU, NEU, AJC, RMIT, BUV or international education, etc.
• Strong English & Vietnamese written, and verbal communication skills is a must.
• IELTS from 6.5+
• Creative mindset and a passion for content creation.
• Prefer candidates with skillsets and experience using AI tools (ChatGPT, Bing, Video/ Image AI Tools, Sonia)
• Basic Design Skill, using Canva, Photoshop and other online platforms for content generation. Image/Video editor skill is strongly preferred.
