Legal Executive

• Coordinate with the Legal Department to provide legal advice to the Board of Management on matters related to corporate governance.
• Participate in drafting and reviewing the legal validity of the company's contracts and documents.
• Coordinate with relevant departments to draft internal regulations, policies, and other documents to ensure legal compliance.
• Coordinate with the Legal Department to perform tasks ensuring that the company's decisions, transactions, and business operations comply with applicable laws.
• Review and control legal aspects of all dossiers, contracts, cooperation agreements, internal documents, and materials arising during project operations.
• Provide legal consultation to the Board of Management on key decisions.
• Draft Minutes, Resolutions, and reports of the Board of Directors, Supervisory Board, and General Meeting of Shareholders.
• Carry out procedures related to private placement of shares, issuance of shares to existing shareholders, public offering of shares, dividend payment in shares, ESOP (if any), capital increase, additional listing, and other tasks arising in accordance with the Law on Enterprises.
• Act as an authorized representative to participate in litigation, carry out administrative procedures, and work with relevant parties (if needed).
• Perform other tasks as requested by the company's Board of Management..

• Bachelor's degree in Law.

• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.

• Strong sense of responsibility, teamwork, and effective collaboration skills

• Strong proficiency in English. IELTS 6.5+ or equivalent is an advantage.

• Logical and creative thinking ability.

• Honest, careful, and detail-oriented in all tasks.

• Ability to work under pressure.

• Monthly salary: 20–25 million VND, negotiable based on qualifications and performance; competitive benefits package.
