LEASING & MARKETING MANAGEMENT (LLM) - SENIOR LEASING EXECUTIVE

  • Working location: Cau Giay, Hanoi
  • Working time: Mon - Fri
  • Salary: ~35 million VND NET

Job Description:

Responsible for the end-to-end leasing activities of the project, including tenant

sourcing, negotiation, documentation, coordination with internal departments, and ensuring

successful lease signing and tenant opening in alignment with the project's leasing strategy.

Specific work content

A) Leasing activities


• Source, approach, and negotiate with potential tenants to achieve approved tenant mix and

occupancy targets.


• Conduct leasing presentations, site inspections, and negotiate commercial terms.


• Prepare Term Sheets/LOI and coordinate the internal approval procedures.


• Draft and review Lease Agreements in cooperation with the Legal team.

B) Coordination and documentation management


• Work closely with Legal, Design, Technical, and Operation teams during the lease contracting,

design review, fit-out, and handover processes.


• Ensure accuracy and consistency of all leasing documents and maintain proper records.


• Support marketing activities, tenant relationship management, and opening coordination.

C) Market research & reporting


• Conduct market surveys, benchmark rental rates, analyze competitors, and provide input for

pricing strategy and management decisions.


• Prepare periodic leasing reports and other documents as required by management.

D) Other tasks


• Perform other tasks assigned by the Head of Department.

Requirements:


• A.ge: Preferably under 35


• Education: Bachelor's degree or higher


• Experience:

– Minimum 3 years of leasing experience in retail/shopping mall/commercial real estate

– Prefer candidates with leasing experience in F&B, fashion, beauty, and service industries


• Language: Good English communication; Japanese is an advantage


• Personality: Active, business-minded, responsible, good communication and negotiation sense


• Soft skills: Negotiation, presentation, communication, teamwork, time management
