Job Description
The candidate will be responsible for leasing retail spaces, managing tenant negotiations, and executing lease agreements in alignment with the mall's positioning strategy.

This role involves maintaining strong relationships with existing and prospective tenants, ensuring optimal tenant mix, and supporting the commercial success of the mall.

Key Responsibilities

  • Actively source, identify, and secure new retail tenants for the shopping mall.
  • Manage the full leasing process, from tenant inquiries to finalizing lease contracts.
  • Prepare and present leasing proposals, site tours, and relevant market data to potential tenants.
  • Negotiate lease terms and rental rates in line with company policies and budget expectations.
  • Draft, review, and finalize lease agreements and related documentation.
  • Coordinate with legal, operations, marketing, and finance teams to support leasing activities and lease implementation.
  • Provide regular leasing reports and updates to management.
  • Other tasks assigned by the management.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, Marketing, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of leasing experience, preferably in retail (shopping malls) or commercial real estate.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Understanding of lease agreements, legal terms, and retail business models.
  • Fluent in English; especially speaking and writing
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of handling multiple deals concurrently.
