The role

• Support recruitment and selection activities, including but not limited to sourcing, screening, and interview scheduling, and offer preparation
• Handle onboarding, offboarding and transfer administration for all people movements (e.g. new hires, promotions, transfers, re-designation, resignations/terminations etc)
• Support new joiners' onboarding process, including collating staff movement announcements, planning and executing teams orientation and other engagement programs.
• Execute Employer Branding initiatives to build a powerful B2B brand presence that attracts top of funnel candidates
• Facilitate setup of Employee Engagement activities, including but not limited to Company and Country Town Halls, games etc
• Support office operations
• Other ad-hoc tasks as assigned

Who we look for – the ideal profile

• Able to commit to a 4 months internship period. Open to both undergraduates and fresh graduates with under 2 years of working experience
• Highly motivated, nimble and takes initiative to take up new challenges
• Self-starter and able to work independently.
• Passion to create an inclusive, high performance and fun work culture
• Can do mindset
• Detailed-oriented with strong organizational and administrative skills
• Must be degree qualified, preferably with a specialization in Human Resources or Social Sciences etc
• Knowledge of employment law
• Able to start work immediately or with short notice is an advantage
