**Responsibilities**:
**_Support English Class with the following tasks (60%): _**:

- Monitor the operations of English classes at Orient Software.
- Grade the papers in the class and the exercises for students.
- Support for students during class hours and after class.
- Arrange and prepare materials and content for the lesson.
- Support the teacher during classes.

**_Support CSR & Employer Branding with the following tasks (40%): _**:

- Provide support for events including company events & CSR Activities.
- Assist in planning & organizing company events to build Orient’s culture.
- Support internal communication channels

**Requirements**:

- Align with our company’s core values: Openness, Learning Mindset, Collaboration.
- Able to join a fulltime internship in 6 months
- Experience in teaching or mentoring in English classes
- Have good communication skills both written and spoken (in both English and Vietnamese).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Skills (MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint) with an ability to become familiar with firm-specific programs and software.
- Good presentation and negotiation skills.
- Proactive and effective self-learning and research skills.
- Great problem-solving skills.
- Interested in the HR industry in general and Talent Development in particular.
- Strong conceptual and writing ability coupled with a passion for developing creative and compelling ideas for Employer Branding.
