Role Overview
The
People & Office Operations Specialist
at Ru9 will focus on talent development, establishing performance management systems, and ensuring the smooth operation of office management while fostering an engaging and connected workplace. This role also requires the ability to leverage technology and implement automated workflows to enhance operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment and Employer Branding (40%)
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including posting job ads, sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and onboarding, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
- Develop and execute
employer branding strategies
, working with the Marketing team to promote the company's image across platforms such as LinkedIn, Facebook, and the company website. - Build and maintain a talent pool through online platforms and professional networks.
Talent Development and Performance Optimization (30%)
- Collaborate with department heads to identify training needs and design and implement relevant training and development programs.
- Establish a performance management system that encourages continuous feedback, coaching, and recognition of high performers.
- Analyze HR data from the HRIS system to evaluate employee performance and propose solutions for improvement.
Office Operations (30%)
Ensure effective office operations, including:
- Work with stakeholders such as landlords, cleaning services, security, and other service providers to maintain the office and any other company premises in optimal condition.
- Monitor and manage the office operations budget, handling expenses related to facilities and equipment.
- Oversee facility maintenance, including regular inspections and addressing any arising issues.
Propose and implement improvements to enhance internal operations efficiency through technology and automated workflows.
Job Requirements
Education & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields.
- 3+ years of experience
in HR or office operations, preferably in a startup or D2C environment. - Experience working with HRIS systems and workplace tools.
Key Skills
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Ability to analyze HR data and present effective reports.
