We are currently looking for a Finance & Office Specialist to join our IPO Vietnam office. This role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth operation of our financial, administrative, and HR functions. You will be a key support to all employees, helping to keep our office running effectively and efficiently.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Work closely with vendors on accounting jobs to ensure effective processes and legal compliance.
- Manage payment requests, petty cash, and document filings in accordance with company policy and local regulations.
- Provide comprehensive administrative support, including business travel arrangements and event planning.
- Coordinate with IT to resolve office IT issues and maintain office security, safety, and hygiene standards.

**Who are you?**

We are looking for a proactive and meticulous individual with:

- A Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field, with relevant certifications preferred.
- At least 2 years of experience in finance, accounting, or administrative roles.
- High integrity, excellent organizational, time-management, and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in PC skills (Excel, Word, Outlook) and fluency in English, both written and spoken.
- Knowledge of local accounting and labor laws and regulations.

Relevant education from a university, college, or vocational university is desirable. You have a good ability to express yourself in speech and writing in English.
