The Senior Finance Specialist is mainly responsible for the performance and maintenance of the company’s financial day to day activities. This position will be involved more in the new business’s financial treatment by providing the consultancy relating to tax, accounting & cash flow matters to ensure the healthy financial controllership and data representation._

**You will contribute and make impacts through**:

- Perform bookkeeping and ensure the transactions are properly recorded in a timely manner and comply with accounting standards (VAS/ IFRS).
- Prepare the statutory and group template financial statements.
- Co-work with the business team to understand the transaction nature, then be able to give advice on the tax, accounting treatment and cash flow for the new business models or product features.
- Align with the Product and Engineering team to propose the product automation solution.
- Assist in improving or optimizing the financial system & processes to enhance the team’s work efficiency.
- Assist the Finance Director to liaise with auditors, tax officers or Group’ colleagues for local or Group matters and reports.
- Assist in other tasks required by the Finance Director.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/ Auditing/ Financing
- Preferred experience in Auditing/ Accounting service or E-commerce environment
- 4-5 years’ experience in same position
- High degree of critical thinking, accuracy and attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Vietnamese
- A great team player
- Ability to work independently, self-starter, energetic
- Solid computer and Excel skills
