Position Overview

Join Dao Hospitality Solutions (DHS) as our Senior Finance & Accounting Manager, building a robust financial system across our Consumer, Hospitality, and Consulting ecosystem. Reporting directly to the Managing Director, you'll design strategies from inception, optimise cash flow, and ensure compliance with Vietnamese tax laws to maximise profitability. With a strong preference for Consumer/FMCG expertise, this role is ideal for a high-potential leader eager to grow and lead our finance function to excellence in Vietnam.

Key Responsibilities:

Phase 1: Financial Foundation Setup

  • Build 3-5 year financial models, budgets, cash flow forecasts, and KPI dashboards for revenue, profitability, and costs across DHS divisions.
  • Analyze risks and propose tax strategies (deductions, incentives) under VAS/IFRS for 100% compliance.
  • Design accounting SOPs (reporting, audits, ERP) and partner lists (banks, auditors, tax advisors).

Phase 2: Operations Optimisation & Business Support

  • Collaborate on product/project forecasts, cost controls (COGS, logistics), and launches of 2+ key initiatives (e.g., Consumer pilots, Hospitality expansions).
  • Implement multi-channel reporting (Ecom/Export, HORECA, Consulting) to achieve positive cash flow and target margins.
  • Develop analytics tools (Power BI/Excel) and SOPs for tax risk and compliance.

Phase 3: Growth & Risk Management

  • Support scaling (exports, new markets) with funding negotiations and annual targets.
  • Optimize cash flow, inventory, and ESG reporting to enhance margins and enable independent operations.
  • Recruit/train junior finance team; review performance; propose tax optimizations (Consumer focus).
  • Ensure IFRS/VAT compliance and manage risks in production/exports.

Key Requirements

Education & Experiences

  • Bachelor's/Master's in Accounting/Finance or CPA/CMA; 7+ years in finance roles within FMCG/Consumer/exports, with hands-on Vietnamese tax consulting and SME profit optimization.
  • Preference: Strong Consumer background, Hospitality/Consulting exposure, ESG integration; proven eagerness to lead at senior levels.

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong in financial analysis, cash flow modeling, tax/supply chain optimization; emerging leadership, team collaboration, and negotiation skills.
  • Proficient in Excel, Power BI, ERP, VAS/IFRS; passionate about full legal compliance and sustainability.

Other Requirements

  • Fluent English & Vietnamese (written/spoken)
  • Based in HCMC; weekly/monthly reporting; key milestones (budgets, audits).
