We are building 
FinanOne SME
 – an AI-powered finance platform designed to help small and medium businesses manage operations, cash flow, and financial decisions with confidence.

Our product operates at the intersection of 
SME SaaS
 (bookkeeping, invoicing, expense control, POS/operations) and 
Embedded Finance
 (business accounts, payments, cards, lending).

Your mission is to shape and scale this next-generation "
SME Operating System
" for emerging markets.

This role sits at the 
business core
 of the product: You own the 
commercial success, customer value, and delivery of features
, while working closely with our Digital Product team (who handle BRDs/specs) and Engineering (who build the system).

You will lead the product's business direction, manage cross-functional execution, and shape the financial experience for thousands of SMEs across Vietnam and regional markets.

# What You Will Do

1. Business & Product Ownership


• Own business performance for key product lines across SME finance: accounts, payments, card, expenses, cash flow, invoicing.


• Define user needs, opportunities, and business cases for new features.


• Collaborate with Digital Product team on requirements, priorities, and ROI.

2. Delivery Leadership (Cross-functional)


• Coordinate between Product, Tech, Marketing, and Business teams to ensure timely, high-quality releases.


• Lead execution timelines, risk management, and cross-team alignment.


• Translate business problems into product priorities (not into BRDs — handled by others).

3. Go-to-Market & Commercialization


• Work with Marketing and Business teams to shape positioning, pricing, and launch plans.


• Support adoption, activation, and retention programs.


• Analyze product performance and drive continuous improvements.

4. Customer, Market & Data Insights


• Conduct customer interviews and validate market needs.


• Benchmark competitive landscape and identify emerging fintech/SaaS trends.


• Own dashboards and KPIs for P&L-related product metrics.

5. Financial & Operational Impact


• Contribute to P&L planning, budgeting, and revenue modeling.


• Build business cases for new modules and markets.


• Ensure product decisions align with BU growth targets.

6. Leadership & Future BU Ownership


• Influence product strategy and business roadmap.


• Mentor cross-functional contributors and drive a high-performance culture.


• Grow into full BU ownership within 12–18 months.

# What We Are Looking For

Must-Have


• 4-6 years experience in product, strategy, business operations of a fintech or SaaS.


• Strong understanding of financial products (payments, cards) OR SME SaaS.


• Excellent project management: ability to manage cross-team execution.


• Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to lead without authority.


• English fluency (internal communication + external partners).


• Experience collaborating with technical teams, even if not writing BRDs.


• Prior P&L exposure or experience managing business performance.


• Strong analytical and structured problem-solving skills.

Nice-to-Have


• Experience in neobanking, digital payments, or financial operations software.


• Exposure to emerging markets or SME-focused products.


• Experience working with cards, expense management, or bank integrations.


• Leadership ambition — ability to act as a "mini-CEO" of the BU.
