Senior Finance Analyst

As a Senior Finance Analyst, you will be part of the Finance & Operations team, which is accountable for driving finance, procurement, supply chain, and IT strategies and ensuring effective execution at an operational level across the affiliate. You will be reporting to the Director of Finance & Operations.

**The Position**
You will be responsible for the financial planning and review processes for the company. This includes the development and execution of financial plans, budgets, and forecasts, as well as providing financial evaluation and recommendations to senior management to help with strategic planning and making judgements. 20% of the role will be dedicated to procurement tasks. The role will require strong reasoning skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Your key duty includes:

- Develop and execute the company's financial plans, budgets, and forecasts. Monitor and report on financial performance against budget and forecast. Continuously improve financial planning, processes and systems.
- Work closely with commercial functions on delivering high-quality sales forecasting, providing insights and recommendations on resources allocation and investment opportunities. Drive data analysis through utilising digital solutions.
- Develop and maintain procurement policies and procedures to ensure compliance and achieve savings target.
- Participate in cross-functional projects and initiatives to help business growth and development.
- Be a strong Finance Partner to the management team and ensure good collaboration with the business area/regional office.

**Qualifications**
- A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field is required. Fluency in English is a must.
- At least 3 years of operational finance and project management experience.
- Have knowledge of accounting fundamentals and financial regulations.
- Have strong awareness of FP&A processes and proficiency in using systems such as SAP. Experience with Power BI is an advantage.
