**Mô Tả Công Việc**:
**Key Roles & Responsibilities**
- Provide leadership and develop the team of business analysts
- Be business partner to understand business insights to proactively propose system solutions.
- Illustrate and develop ideas using storyboards, process flows, UI mockups and prototypes
- Prepare user requirement, workflow, data requirement and functional specification document.
- Work together with the Project team to produce testing plan and testcase.
- Participate in System integration and User acceptance testing
- Write user documentation and user’s manuals
- Ensure meeting deadline and quality standards

**Yêu Cầu Công Việc**:
**1. Qualification**
- Bachelor of IT/ Computer Science or related

**2. Work Experience**

**_ Must Have_**
- **_ 3-5 years’ experience in a Assistant Business Analyst Manager/ Team Lead role_**:

- **_Experience as a business analyst in Finance & Banking project_**:

- Strong analytical thinking and business process understanding

**_ Nice to have_**
- Experience in data modeling and PL/SQL
- Have some experience on programming language such as Java, C#, Web or Mobile programming
- Having knowledge and able to understand technical design and common technologies (system architect, SQL, API,...). Be able to write system workflow.
- Be able to write test case and execute the test
- Be able to use English at work, fluent English writing is highly valued
- Be able to work in team or work independently

**4. **Other Requirements**
- Be able to be a system - business partner.
- Good at communication
- Experience in Project Lifecycle methodologies (Agile, PMP) is a plus
- Experience with non-functional aspects (security, performance, and scalability) is a plus
