Position Overview

The Finance Analyst will play an important role in financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis across the Company. This role supports strategic decision-making by providing accurate financial insights and business intelligence to senior management.

Key Responsibilities

1. Financial Planning & Budgeting

  • Prepare annual budgets and monthly/quarterly forecasts for all business units.
  • Consolidate financial plans and ensure alignment with corporate goals.
  • Analyze budget variances and provide actionable recommendations.

2. Financial Analysis & Reporting

  • Prepare financial dashboards, KPI reports, and management presentations.
  • Analyze P&L, balance sheet, cash flow, and operational performance.
  • Monitor revenue, cost structures, and business performance trends.
  • Support monthly closing by reconciling data and validating assumptions.

3. Business Partnering

  • Work closely with other departments to support financial planning and decision-making.
  • Provide insights to optimize costs, improve productivity, and enhance profitability.
  • Develop financial models for new initiatives, projects, or investment proposals.

4. Data & Process Improvement

  • Enhance reporting processes to increase accuracy and efficiency.
  • Maintain financial databases and ensure data integrity.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related fields.
  • 2 - 4 years of experience in financial analysis, audit, or corporate finance.
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills; ability to interpret large datasets.
  • Excellent Excel skills; experience with data visualization tools is an advantage.
  • Solid understanding of P&L, cash flow, budgeting, and financial modelling.
  • Good communication skills (English & Vietnamese).
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work under tight deadlines.
