Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and motivated
Senior Commercial Finance Analyst
to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will deliver insightful financial analysis and reporting to support key business objectives. Your expertise will guide decision-making across business categories and help drive financial performance.

Key Responsibilities

1. Performance Analysis and Reporting

  • Net revenue forecasting and finance performance analysis per business category and across business disciplines.
  • Manage data collection and the analytical process, including consolidation and maintenance of the Power BI performance dashboard for management review and decision-making. Focus includes net revenue, cost spending, project management data, client profitability, pricing, growth, cashflows, and trade working capital KPIs.
  • Prepare specific client reports for Global and Regional clients.
  • Ensure effective communication of KPI tracking to business stakeholders and monitor progress toward country-level targets.

2. Finance Operations Supervision

  • Supervise finance operations across affiliate marketing, social media, data, and CRM business divisions.
  • Oversee the deployment and implementation of ERP tools.
  • Partner with business stakeholders to develop budgets and forecasts, manage financial month-end closing (with a focus on net revenue and project cost control), and support pricing strategies, contract negotiations, cross-fertilization, and resource management analysis to enable business decision-making and achievement of business goals.
  • Monitor cash and net revenue KPIs through weekly WIP meetings with project management and account management teams.

3. Compliance

For the assigned business portfolio:

  • Ensure all work complies with Group policies, IFRS, and VAS.
  • Liaise with internal and external auditors when required.
  • Manage the contract review process effectively, coordinating with project management, legal, GDPO, and finance teams.

Qualifications

We are looking for candidates with strong data analytics capabilities, solid business acumen, and professional communication skills.

  • Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related disciplines.
  • Minimum 4 - 5 years of experience in commercial finance, auditing, or similar roles.
  • Proficiency in English, Power Query, and Power BI.
  • Analytical thinker with strong conceptual and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and presentation abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
