In this role, you will be a key role in shaping the workplace culture and enhancing employee satisfaction. Your responsibilities will involve keeping up-to-date with the latest trends in Compensation & Benefits, recruitment practices, and general HR developments within the Vietnamese labor market. Your role includes collaborating closely with teams across various countries to ensure seamless integration of HR functions and to foster a collaborative work environment. This position offers the opportunity to significantly impact our company's operations and growth, aligning HR strategies with business goals.

**Responsibilities**:

- Keeping abreast about competitive trends in Compensation & Benefits, recruitment, and other HR in the VN labor market.
- Offering advice and guidance of labor law in VN.
- Legal Support for company activities (Visa, work permit).
- Collaborating seamlessly with teams across multiple countries.
- Collaborating with team members on HR functions including recruitment, performance evaluation, C&B,...
- Maintaining current knowledge of market trends in the HR field.
- Office Facilities/Environment Management.
- Assist with implementation of employee care activities.
- Support on recruiting issues if necessary.
- Help various HR programs to create efficient processes, systems, policies, and programs.
