Mục tiêu vị trí:

Tối ưu hóa toàn bộ mô hình phân phối và lộ trình thâm nhập thị trường (Route to Market) tại khu vực Hà Nội nhằm tăng độ phủ, cải thiện hiệu quả bán hàng, nâng cao năng suất đội ngũ sales, tối ưu chi phí phân phối và hỗ trợ chiến lược tăng trưởng của Goodfood.

Trách nhiệm chính:

Xây dựng và tối ưu hóa Route to Market

  • Đánh giá mô hình phân phối hiện tại tại Hà Nội: phân tích hiệu quả kênh MT, Horeca, Key Accounts…
  • Đề xuất chiến lược RTM tối ưu theo từng khu vực, phân khúc khách hàng và danh mục sản phẩm.
  • Xây dựng & tối ưu tuyến bán hàng (sales route), tần suất viếng thăm, độ phủ mục tiêu.
  • Lập kế hoạch mở rộng điểm bán mới theo khu vực ưu tiên.
  • Thiết kế mô hình phân phối phù hợp: trực tiếp, nhà phân phối (NPP), đại lý, đối tác vận chuyển…

Quản lý và phát triển NPP

  • Đánh giá lựa chọn NPP tiềm năng; tham gia đàm phán hợp đồng phân phối.
  • Kiểm soát các chỉ số của NPP: tồn kho, sell–in, sell–out, độ phủ, chi phí vận hành.
  • Theo dõi việc thực thi chính sách bán hàng, chương trình trưng bày, trade marketing.

Phân tích dữ liệu

  • Thu thập dữ liệu từ Sales Rep, Supervisor, NPP và thị trường.
  • Phân tích hiệu quả tuyến bán hàng, độ phủ, năng suất, chi phí vận chuyển, tỷ lệ hoàn thành KPI.
  • Đưa ra đề xuất dựa trên dữ liệu để tối ưu RTM.
  • Thực hiện báo cáo tuần/tháng/quý cho Trưởng phòng Kinh doanh & Ban Giám đốc.

Hỗ trợ chiến lược tăng trưởng

  • Đề xuất chương trình thúc đẩy doanh số theo khu vực.
  • Xây dựng mô hình tối ưu tài nguyên bán hàng (tuyển dụng – phân bổ – KPIs).
  • Phối hợp xây dựng ngân sách RTM và theo dõi việc sử dụng ngân sách.

Yêu cầu tuyển dụng:

  • Tốt nghiệp Đại học các ngành Kinh tế, Quản trị Kinh doanh, Marketing hoặc liên quan.
  • Tối thiểu
    3–5 năm
    kinh nghiệm ở vị trí RTM / Trade Marketing / Business Analyst / Sales Operation trong ngành FMCG, thực phẩm, đồ uống hoặc phân phối.
  • Ưu tiên ứng viên hiểu về thị trường Hà Nội & khu vực phía Bắc.
  • Kỹ năng phân tích dữ liệu mạnh (Excel/Power BI/SAP là lợi thế).
