RESPONSIBILITIES

• Create, manage, and optimize TikTok and Facebook Contents.
• Assist on Manage of TikTok accounts, including but not limited to Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
• Assist content creation and curation, ensuring high-quality, engaging, and brand-aligned content that drives audience engagement and growth.
• Monitor social media trends, industry news, and competitor activities, and incorporate insights into strategy development and campaign planning.
• Assist on Analysis social media performance metrics, track KPIs, and provide regular reports and insights, identifying areas for optimization and improvement.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including creative teams, and services, to ensure social media efforts are integrated with overall marketing strategies.
• Stay up-to-date with social media platform updates, algorithm changes, and best practices, and share knowledge and insights with the team.

REQUIREMENTS

• Open for Last Year Students or Fresh Graduates (min. Diploma) with 0-1 year full-time experience.
• Demonstrated experience managing social media platforms for brands from previous internship and school projects, with a strong understanding of platform best practices and algorithms.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Vietnamese, with the ability to craft compelling and engaging content for various audiences.
• Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with a passion for staying ahead of social media trends and exploring new opportunities.
• Enthusiasm for the communications industry and a desire to continuously learn and grow within the field.
