MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC

  • Xây dựng kế hoạch, kịch bản, quy trình khảo sát/ đánh giá các điểm chạm Khách hàng và bộ chỉ số đo lường/ KPI và scorecard đối với các trục trải nghiệm (NPS/CSAT/CES...)
  • PM triển khai khảo sát Khách hàng, thu thập dữ liệu, phân tích, báo cáo
  • Đề xuất cải thiện với các bộ phận; Phối hợp với các bộ phận hoặc trực tiếp đề xuất điều chỉnh các quy trình, quy định của Công ty để nâng cao trải nghiệm Khách hàng
  • Là đầu mối thống nhất, sửa đổi, phổ biến các quy trình, quy định về công tác CSKH; Hỗ trợ, phối hợp với bộ phận CSKH trực tiếp trong việc triển khai các hoạt động CSKH; Đào tạo kỹ năng và nghiệp vụ CSKH; Kiểm soát các thông tin gửi ra cho Khách hàng
  • Giám sát, đánh giá mức độ cải thiện của các điểm chạm

YÊU CẦU CÔNG VIỆC

  • Nữ, ngoại hình ưa nhìn, tuổi từ tuổi.
  • Tốt nghiệp chuyên ngành khối kinh tế, quản trị kinh doanh, thương mại, marketing,....
  • Kinh nghiệm trên 2 năm ở các vị trí công việc liên quan đến: dịch vụ khách hàng doanh nghiệp lớn, quản lý trải nghiệm khách hàng, nghiên cứu thị trường, marketing research,.....
  • Kinh nghiệm triển khai và quản lý dự án/ chương trình/ event.
  • Ưu tiên ứng viên có kinh nghiệm làm việc trong lĩnh vực công nghệ, viễn thông.
  • Ưu tiên ứng viên có kinh nghiệm tham gia & triển khai các dự án về trải nghiệm khách hàng.
  • Am hiểu và có khả năng triển khai các công cụ khảo sát & đo lường sự hài lòng của khách hàng.
  • Kỹ năng lập kế hoạch, phân tích, đánh giá, tổng hợp báo cáo.
  • Hướng ngoại, trung thực, quyết liệt, có tư duy logic và tầm nhìn tổng quan.

QUYỀN LỢI CÔNG VIỆC

  • Xét thưởng và xét tăng lương 2 lần/ năm.
  • Cơ chế lương 3 vòng thu nhập, có thưởng KPI tháng và KPI năm. Công thức lương gói thu nhập năm (Trung bình thu nhập 14 – 15 tháng lương/năm).
  • Được tham gia các khóa huấn luyện, đào tạo nâng cao kỹ năng, nghiệp vụ của CMC cũng như các hãng công nghệ lớn như Mircrosoft, IBM, Google ...
  • Có thêm bảo hiểm chăm sóc sức khỏe Aon dành cho nhân viên
  • Các ngày nghỉ lễ tết theo quy định của nhà nước và có thưởng theo quy định của công ty.
