HR Intern

Location: 2C Lam Son, Tan Binh, Ho Chi Minh City

Working Hours: 08:30 AM - 5:30 PM

Mac Marketing is a market leader in credit card processing, POS systems, and digital marketing, with over 14 years of experience serving the Vietnamese community in the United States. We currently support over 12,000 clients, managing an annual transaction volume of approximately $1.5 billion.

Recruitment (60%):

  • Carry out end-to-end recruitment activities: job posting, candidate sourcing, CV screening, interview scheduling.
  • Coordinate with departments to understand hiring needs and propose recruitment plans.
  • Manage and update the candidate database regularly.
  • Support onboarding processes for new hires.
  • Prepare recruitment reports periodically (number of CVs, interview success rate, average time to hire, etc.).

Administration / Receptionist (40%):

  • Manage employee records and HR-related documents.
  • Manage office supplies and provide administrative support for all departments.
  • Job Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related fields.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills; detail-oriented, proactive, and highly responsible.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Familiar with basic design and video editing tools such as Canva and CapCut.
