We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Intern to join our team. You will assist the HR department in daily operations, mainly focusing on recruitment and administrative support tasks. This role is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in HR practices within a dynamic and professional working environment.

Job Description

·
Allowance: 2,300,000 VND/month

· Intern duration: 2 months

· Location: 21/4 Nguyen Thi Huynh, Phu Nhuan Ward, HCMC

· Working hours: 9a.m – 6p.m Mon-Fri (Full-time Internship)

· Department: HR & Ops Department

Responsibilities

· Support recruitment activities: job posting, CV screening, interview scheduling, and candidate communication.

· Assist in updating and maintaining candidate databases and recruitment reports.

· Coordinate with departments for onboarding arrangements.

· Support HR administrative tasks such as preparing documents, data entry, filing, and other paperwork.

· Assist in organizing internal HR events and engagement activities.

· Perform other duties as assigned by the HR team.

Qualifications

· Undergraduate student or fresh graduate, majoring in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields.

· Basic English reading and comprehension skills (to understand emails, CVs, and HR documents).

· Strong attention to detail, good communication and organizational skills.

· Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

· Eager to learn, responsible, and able to work independently as well as in a team.

·
