Main Responsibilities

  • Assist with onboarding procedures for new employees (e.g., document collection, system entry).
  • Help coordinate monthly payroll processes: collect working hours, follow up with employees on timesheet confirmation, check payroll, send payslips.
  • Handle basic employee inquiries regarding HR policies, payslips, insurance, and benefits.
  • Scan, file, and store employee documents in both physical and digital formats, ensuring accurate and organized record-keeping.
  • Participate in cross-functional projects or other tasks as assigned.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree (or final-year student) in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • Detail-oriented, proactive & responsible.
  • Eagerness to learn and take initiative.
  • Ability to work independently when needed.
