Key ContributionsWe are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Intern to join our Human Resources team. This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience across various HR functions, offering exposure to the full employee lifecycle — from recruitment to employee engagement, and performance management.
Talent Acquisition
- Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and networks
- Create and update job postings across internal and external platforms
- Screen CVs and coordinate interview schedules with candidates and hiring managers
- Assist in maintaining and updating employee records in the HR system
- Participate in employer branding and hiring initiatives
Additional ad-hoc tasks may be assigned as needed
- Final-year students or recent graduates majoring in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum 6 months of prior HR internship experience is a plus
- Able to dedicate full-time availability for a 3–6 month engagement
- Proficient in MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and able to utilize AI tools effectively
- Strong attention to detail, good communication, and time management skills
- Positive, professional attitude and passion for people-related work
- Good English communication skills are mandatory
