Role Description

The Senior Legal Specialist serves as a key member of the legal department at Panasonic Vietnam, responsible for providing specialized legal support and ensuring regulatory compliance. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Hanoi. The day-to-day responsibilities include providing legal advice, drafting and reviewing legal documents, addressing legal and compliance issues, and supporting company projects with legal expertise. The role also requires regular collaboration with internal departments and external stakeholders to ensure alignment with local laws and regulations.

Job Responsibility

  1. Legal affairs


• Contracts review, advice and negotiation with related parties.


• Provide legal consultation for business activities and other relevant aspects.


• Work with Government authorities for company procedures & compliance to laws.


• Internal check and monitor the implementation of Corporate compliance policies & procedures.


• Conduct Compliance training for internal needs.


• Initiate & implement activities for promoting compliance culture.

  1. Corporate Governance & Risk Management


• Support in building a strong corporate governance system in place.


• Assess Compliance & operational risks for counter measures.

  1. Other supporting tasks relating to legal and compliance as assigned

Qualification:


• Bachelor's degree in law.


• Having at least 5-year experience in doing Legal affairs.


• Working experience in sales, manufacturing environment and business activities such as marketing, customs, supply chains, etc. will be preferred.


• Proficiency in English.


• Communication, planning skills.

Noted: This job will be working at Hanoi, work at Charmvit Tower or Thang Long Industrial.
