Job Description

• Perform tasks assigned by the Head of Legal Department and the Company's Management, including but not limited to:

1. General Responsibilities:

• Review and draft contracts and documents related to the Company's business activities;
• Conduct legal research and provide advice on daily operational matters;
• Update and study legal regulations as requested by the Head of Legal Department;
• Participate in advising and drafting internal documents and procedures of the Company;
• Coordinate with other departments to resolve difficulties and issues arising during
  Company operations.

2. Legal Procedures:

• Draft, prepare dossiers, and carry out legal procedures related to business registration and retail establishment;
• Renew and/or amend the Company's licenses and certifications as required.

3. Compliance:

• Monitor and ensure the Company's compliance status;
• Prepare periodic investment and retail reports as assigned.

4. Governance:

• Manage the Company's legal files and documents;
• Assist and advise the Head of Legal Department in developing the Company's internal governance system and risk control.

5. Others:

• Support and guide individuals and departments in using the contract management system and Legal Department's internal governance procedures;
• Participate in legal knowledge training courses for the Company's staff;
• Perform other tasks related to the operations of the Legal Department and the Company.

Job Requirements

1. General Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Law;
• Minimum 3 years of experience, preferably with (1) working experience in retail companies and/or foreign-invested enterprises; and (2) experience handling legal procedures for business registration and retail establishment;
• Serious and proactive working attitude;
• Ability to work under pressure;
• Logical thinking, eagerness to learn, and proactivity in tasks.

2. Skill Requirements:

• Good communication skills;
• Proficient in English or possessing an English certificate. Knowledge of Chinese is an advantage (not required);
• Basic proficiency in office software applications.

3. Working Conditions:

• Full-time position;
• Working hours: 8:30 AM – 6:00 PM, Monday to Friday;
• Workplace: 32nd Floor, Tower 1, Capital Place Building, 29 Liễu Giai, Ngọc Hà Ward, Hanoi.
