  1. Contract & Legal Document Management

  2. Draft, review, and validate contracts, agreements, official letters, and legal documents.

  3. Coordinate with departments during negotiation, amendment, and finalization of contracts.
  4. Develop and manage legal templates; ensure consistency with the company's policies.
  5. Translate and review translations of legal documents when required.
  6. Provide legal advice on matters related to the company's documents and contracts.
  7. Translate and review translations of legal documents.

  8. Perform other document- and contract-related tasks as assigned.

  9. Legal Advisory

  10. Provide legal advice for business activities, operations, promotions, leasing, procurement, and partnerships.

  11. Assess legal risks and propose compliant solutions.
  12. Support the resolution of contract disputes, customer/partner claims, and civil matters.

  13. Advise on internal regulations, policies, and corporate charters.

  14. Licensing

  15. Applying for and amending IRC, ERC, BL, and other licenses related to the company's business activities (infrequent).

  16. Dispute & Litigation Support

  17. Participating in the handling of internal disputes or disputes with external partners.

  18. Compliance & Risk Control

  19. Monitor legal updates and provide timely guidance to departments.

  20. Support compliance checks related to operations, safety, employee activities, and data protection.

  21. Work with external counsels, authorities, and partners when required.

  22. Other Tasks

  23. Perform additional legal-related tasks assigned by Line Manager.

Yêu cầu công việc:

  1. Qualifications

  2. Bachelor's degree or higher in Law. Lawyer Licence is preferred.

  3. Strong understanding of Vietnam Civil Law, Labor Law, Commercial Law, Investment Law, and retail-related regulations.

  4. Experience

  5. Minimum 5 years of legal experience in corporate environments.

  6. Prefer candidates with experience in Retail, Shopping Mall, FMCG, Real Estate, or international companies.
  7. Hands-on experience in contract management, licensing, corporate compliance, and dispute handling.

  8. Experience working with government authorities and inspection teams (DOIT, Fire Police, Market Surveillance, Health Department, etc.).

  9. Competencies

  10. Good command of English (able to draft and communicate in work-related contexts).

  11. Strong analytical skills and high attention to detail.
  12. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; able to work cross-functionally.
  13. Problem-solving mindset and ability to assess legal risks proactively.
  14. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while managing multiple tasks.
