What You Will Do

  • Plan and execute paid campaigns across Meta, Google, and LinkedIn to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and conversion
  • Develop funnel-based ad strategies focused on awareness → engagement → conversion
  • Conduct continuous optimization through data analysis, A/B testing, and performance reporting
  • Align ad initiatives with sales priorities, product launches, and regional strategies
  • Collaborate with creative and content teams to ensure ad copy and visuals are optimized per channel
  • Set up and manage conversion tracking, audience segmentation, and remarketing flows

What You Bring

  • 3 -5 years of advanced experience with Meta Ads, Google Ads, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager
  • Strong data analytics capabilities (Google Analytics, Looker Studio, HubSpot dashboards)
  • Experience in optimizing CAC, CTR, and ROAS through data-driven iteration
  • Knowledge of marketing automation and lead nurturing tools
  • Strategic thinking combined with operational execution capability
  • Focus: Meta, Google, and LinkedIn Ads
  • Region: Europe/North America (Primary) → Vietnam
