Digital Marketing Specialist - Football App
- Develop, implement and manage marketing campaigns to promote the app, focusing on app store optimization (ASO), user acquisition and retention strategies.
- Enhance visibility and conversion rates on app stores by optimizing titles, keywords, descriptions and visuals.
- Execute paid social media and Google Ads campaigns targeted at driving app installs and engagement.
- Collaborate with product and design team to develop compelling ad videos and app store engagement.
- Analyze and optimize user acquisition funnels across various channels (social media, Google Ads, in-app ads).
- Create consistent, engaging content across all social media platforms, including Facebook, YouTube, and TikTok. This includes writing and editing posts, enhancing customer engagement, and promoting social media campaigns.
- Track, analyze, and report on key performance metrics, adjusting campaigns to meet ROI and performance goals.
- Conduct A/B tests on ads, creatives, and messaging to maximize effectiveness.
- Work closely with the product, data, and design teams to ensure alignment on app and growth strategies.
- Stay updated on trends, competitive insights, and emerging marketing tools to maintain a competitive edge.
- Perform other tasks as requested by superior and management.

**Yêu cầu bằng cấp (tối thiểu)**: Đại Học

**Yêu cầu công việc**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of working experience in digital marketing with a focus on app preferred.
- Experience in the app industry, especially in a similar role.
- Knowledge of SEO and content marketing as it applies to apps.
- Strong understanding of app marketing funnels and user journey.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Data-driven mindset with strong analytical abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- User feedback management: Learn how to handle user feedback and complaints to improve user satisfaction.
- Passion in Football is a big plus.
- Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Flexible and quick to adapt to change.
- Integrity, trustful, positive thinking, open-minded, good listener.
- Strong in both concept-generation and must be clear, concise, and grammatically correct copy.
