Propose and implement Digital Marketing plan to achieve the company's KPI.
- Responsible for KPIs of Driver-partners and reach deployed on online media advertising channels.
- Propose advertising ideas and key messages to communicate with the target audience (potential drivers)
- Report, analyze advertising data daily to make reasonable adjustments, plan to optimize advertising to increase the effectiveness of advertising; increase Lead Driver, and reduce Cost/Lead.
- Effectively monitor digital marketing activities, evaluate, measure and report on the performance of all digital campaigns against goals.
- Advertise and optimize digital marketing campaigns on online channels such as Facebook, Google, Tiktok, to complete KPIs (competent in advertising in Facebook and Google is a must).

- Collaborate with the Operation Department to deliver KPI.
- Manage and operate activities with different Affiliate Partners/ Agencies
